01 / Hello

Hello.
We’re Shute Morton.

We’re an advertising agency focused on strategy, creative, and production. We work with consumer brands and services to figure out what to say and bring it to life.

And when another agency needs a little extra help? We join the team behind the scenes. Same care, same collaboration, your name out front.

02 / How We Help

Let’s figure
it out together.

01

Strategy

Before we jump into ideas, we ask a few questions. What does your brand stand for? Who are you trying to reach? What do you want them to think, feel, or do? We look at your business, your audience, and the bigger picture to help you find a clear direction.

That might mean sharpening your positioning, finding the right message, or sorting out where to focus next. The goal is a plan that makes sense for your brand and gives the creative work somewhere to go.

02

Creative

This is where the strategy starts to take shape. We develop ideas, stories, and messages that give people a reason to pay attention and a way to connect with your brand. We explore the possibilities with you, then work through the words and visuals that make the idea feel right.

Whether we’re starting fresh or joining an agency team, we keep the work grounded in what you want to achieve. A good idea should feel like your brand and give people something to remember.

03

Production

A strong idea deserves a thoughtful production. We help figure out what it will take to make the work, bring the right people into the conversation, and keep the details moving. The schedule, the budget, and the creative choices all need to work together.

From planning through the finished piece, we stay close to the idea while working through the practical decisions. We can work directly with your team or behind the scenes with your agency to help get the work made.

03 / Who We Work With

Your Brand,
or Your Agency

For Brands

We work directly with clients on consumer products and services. Whether you need help finding the direction, developing the idea, or getting it made, let’s talk about where we can jump in.

For Agencies

Think of us as your ghost team. We work behind the scenes with existing agencies that need support with strategy, creative, or production. We fit into your team and help you get the work done.

A storyteller’s eye.
A business perspective.

Rand is a writer, director, and actor who looks at a story from every side: the words on the page, the choices behind the camera, and the performance in front of it. That range shapes how he approaches creative work, from finding the idea to bringing it to life.

Rand’s a longtime member of SAG-AFTRA and the Directors Guild of America. He received a BA in Cinema and Screenwriting from USC and earned an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. That mix of creative and business experience shapes how he approaches a project, from the first idea through production.
